Have you already heard of Trouchia? It is a traditional Nice dish similar to an omelette, garnished with chard. But instead of preparing the omelette with eggs in the classic way, you will use our SoccApéro® preparation. Chickpea flour, ingredients of natural origin, gluten-free and additive-free, SoccApéro® will allow you to make your delicious Socca pancakes at home. Socca is traditionally enjoyed in the south of France and is an integral part of Nice's culinary heritage. Treat yourself!

Ingredients

- 1 bouteille de SoccApéro®
- Des lardons
- Des blettes
- Un oignon
- Des pignons
- Du parmesan
- Du sel et du poivre
- De l’huile d’olive

Recipe

- Prepare your SoccApéro® bottle and set aside.
- Brown the onions for a few minutes in a hot, oiled pan. Add the bacon and brown well, you can also add the pine nuts.
- Reduce the heat and add the chard, previously cleaned and cut into strips. Let the mixture cook until the chard melts.
- Add the bottles of SoccApéro® preparation as if you were making an omelette. You can cover the Trouchia, this way it will cook evenly.
- Once cooked, invert the Trouchia onto a large plate and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Cut it and enjoy!!
