What do we drink?

A whiskey-style aperitif

Ingredients

  • - 1 bottle of SoccApéro® ​
  • - Slices of salmon
  • - Green olive tapenade
  • - A red pepper
  • - A little cauliflower
  • - A little red cabbage
  • - Half a red onion​
  • - Arugula

Recipe

  • - Let's prepare the socca dough using the SoccApéro® preparation (see the back of the bottle) and place it in the fridge for an hour (or the day before)​
  • - Prepare your 3 or 4 natural SoccApéro® pancakes in the pan (depending on the size of the pan), set them aside on a flat plate and wrap it in film​
  • - Cut your vegetables into small pieces and reserve them
  • - We cut the salmon into strips, which we also reserve

Assembling the cakes

  • - On one of the pancakes we spread a little green olive tapenade around the entire circumference​
  • - On the bottom of the pancake, we add the vegetables then the salmon strips and finish with the arugula​
  • - We start rolling the pancake tightly, on the side where we put the ingredients, we roll, we roll, we roll, until we finish the pancake​
  • - We cut each edge of the cylinder, to make it more aesthetic, then we cut pieces regularly over 2cm
