Ingredients

- 1 bottle of SoccApéro®
- From the coppa
- Lamb’s lettuce
- Pinions
- Parmesan
- Salt and pepper
- A waffle machine
- Olive oil

Recipe

- Turn on the waffle machine and prepare your SoccApéro® bottle.
- Pour a little dough into the machine and cook for the necessary time.
- Arrange the waffles on a plate and garnish them with a little coppa, fresh lamb's lettuce and a few pine nuts.
- A drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
- Add salt, pepper and enjoy immediately!
