Quiche but without Lorraine! Here is the famous recipe for quiche Lorraine revisited by chef Luc Salsedo. You can make it with our SoccApéro® preparation made from chickpea flour. It is gluten-free, additive-free and above all delicious. It is also suitable for all types of diets. Easy to make, all you need to do is add water to the mixture and shake hard for a few seconds! Good tasting!

What do we drink?

Ingredients

  • - 1 bottle of SoccApéro® ​organic or conventional
  • - 2 small cloves of garlic
  • - Around 120g of smoked bacon
  • - 1 small can of sliced button mushrooms
  • - About 120g of Comté
  • - 1 Shallot
  • - 1 Spring onion

Recipe

  • - Prepare the SoccApéro® bottle (see recipe on the back) and let it rest in the fridge (1 hour).
  • - Heat the oven to 200°
  • - Slice the garlic, shallot and spring onion
  • - Cut the cheese and bacon into strips
  • - Mix the ingredients together and place them in a gratin dish (around 20cm)
  • - Pour the SoccApéro® mixture over the ingredients and put in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the bottom is nicely browned.
  • - Variants: Should we replace the Comté with Fourme d’Ambert? …Why not!
