  • - 1 bottle of SoccApéro®
  • - Smoked trout
  • - Raw ham
  • - Fresh parsley
  • - Nuts
  • - County
  • - St Môret type fresh cheese
  • - Crushed chestnuts
  • - Lumpfish eggs

Recipe

  • - Prepare your SoccApéro® bottle
  • - In a hot pan with a little olive oil, pour a little dough to form the blinis. Cook for a few minutes on each side. Reserve and prepare your ingredients for garnish.
  • - Arrange your blinis on a board and garnish them with your ingredients. A little fresh cheese, a piece of smoked trout, a small spoonful of lumpfish roe and chopped parsley.
  • - For those with ham, add a little chestnuts on top and a few shavings of parmesan. And finish with those with Comté, cut a few pieces and garnish with a piece of walnuts
