Ingredients

- 1 package of Socca Chips®
- soft bread
- Cherry tomatoes
- Green olives
- Tomatoes
- Salad
- Ham
- Cheese
- Bacon
- Egg
- Sunflower oil
- Mustard
- Vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper

Recipe

- For the mayonnaise, in a bowl put the egg yolk, a little salt and pepper, mustard and a few drops of vinegar. Whisk, pouring in the oil little by little.
- To make the club sandwich: put the tomato and ham on a slice of sandwich bread.
- Cover with a second slice of sandwich bread and add salad and cheese as well as homemade mayonnaise of your choice.
- Close everything with a third slice of sandwich bread and cut the whole thing diagonally to form 4 small sandwiches.
- In a pan, brown some bacon. At the same time, cut cherry tomatoes and olives.
- Place everything on top of the small sandwiches and secure with toothpicks. All you have to do is put Socca Chips® in the center of the plate!
