Notre préparation est à base de farine de pois chiche, spécialement conçue pour réaliser la Socca à la maison. SoccApéro® est naturellement sans gluten et sans additif ! Le saviez-vous? la Socca est inscrite au patrimoine culinaire niçois et on la déguste en apéro ou sur le pouce dans les ruelles de Nice. Bon appétit!

What do we drink?

Perfect for an aperitif

Ingredients

  • - 1 bottle of SoccApéro®​
  • - 1 piece of Reblochon
  • - A few slices of raw ham
  • - A little arugula

Recipe

  • - Let's prepare the socca dough using the SoccApéro® preparation (see the back of the bottle) and place it in the fridge for an hour (or the day before)​
  • - We cut the reblochon into small cubes and crumble the pieces of raw ham
  • - When the ingredients are ready, heat the pan with a little oil. We used a special blini pan, if you don't have one, a normal non-stick pan will do the trick. You will then pour socca batter into it to form 3 or 4 blinis, a bit like when you make pancakes on Sunday morning ^^​
  • - So here we go! We pour our portions of dough into the hot pan. ​
  • - When it starts to brown on the bottom, add a few pieces of reblochon and raw ham.
  • - We turn them quickly so that they seize and the cheese melts. Let's not let it cook too much, that would be a shame!​
  • - Remove them from the pan and place them on a wooden board or flat plate
  • - Add a few rocket leaves for freshness And we enjoy it!!

Variant: Remplacez le reblochon par du chèvre et le jambon cru par du jambon blanc aux herbes.
