Luc Salsedo
Niçois by birth, Luc Salsedo trained for more than 20 years in gastronomic restaurants alongside some of the greatest chefs (Christian Plumail, Arnaud Poëtte, Franck Cerrutti). An experience that prompted him in 2004 to open his own restaurant in Nice. His creative spirit led him one day to experiment with some leftover socca.
C’est la naissance de Socca Chips ® ! Après de nombreux essais et heures de travail, la bonne formule est finalement trouvée found in 2014, the date Socca Chips® were first marketed. Socca chips socca, faite à partir d’ingrédients 100 % d’origine naturelle et, pour ne rien gâcher, sans gluten ! Cet engouement donnera même de nouvelles idées au chef.
En 2019, il lance ainsi un nouveau produit, SoccApéro®, pour permettre à tous de faire de la socca à la maison. Entre temps, le Chef a imaginé des déclinaisons à l’ail au romarin et au poivre pour Socca Chips®, ainsi qu’un gamme bio pour chacun de ses deux produits phares.
