Socca Chips® are manufactured, stored and distributed from our plant located on the outskirts of Nice. Since the beginning of our adventure, we have chosen to keep the head office and manufacturing in our region of origin. For SoccApéro®, the Chef has chosen to collaborate with workers with disabilities from a local establishment providing care through employment (ESAT La Bastide in Châteauneuf de Grasse). This allows us to be even more involved in the economic and social development of our region.
The ingredients we use for our Créations Luc Salsedo® products are 100% natural and all come from crops grown in the Mediterranean (France (Var), Italy and Spain).
All our products are free of preservatives and additives to guarantee an authentic taste !
Our products do not contain any allergens. On the other hand and for information, French legislation provides for considering the pea family as potentially allergenic.
Yes ! 100% gluten-free and this is completely naturally because chickpeas and the other ingredients used in our recipes are gluten-free. What’s more, there is no cross-contamination with any products containing gluten in our plant.
Socca Chips® and SoccApéro® are also available in organic versions. These ranges are certified by the ECOCERT organization. All the ingredients used are therefore of organic origin apart from salt, which, by definition, cannot be classified as organic.
For Socca Chips®, once the packet has been opened, if you haven’t finished it, it will keep for 4 to 5 days in a dry place after resealing the packet tightly.
For SoccApéro®, once you have prepared the batter, it can be kept in a cool place for 3 to 4 days.
For Socca Chips®, we are working on developing an option for more responsible packaging. For the moment, there is no process that allows the complete recycling of the packaging and the optimal preservation of the product.
For SoccApéro®, on the other hand, the bottle can be reused once the label (not recyclable) has been removed. This glass bottle can be used as a container for spices, condiments, cereals, liquids, or as decoration such as a small terrarium, a vase, or a piggy bank! And if you don't want to keep it, it can be recycled in the glass bin.
