A Socca with spinach and cumin Here is a third way to accompany it.
Accompany your socca with fresh spinach leaves and arugula. Then an onion and a clove of garlic to fry in the pan with a drizzle of olive oil, add a little cumin with crème fraîche, a little lemon juice as well as salt and pepper.
Socca and quinoa
Accompany your socca with a quinoa salad. You will need quinoa, tomatoes, a little olive oil and lemon juice. And with that a shallot and half a cucumber and a handful of salt.
Vegetable socca
Make your socca dough by adding a finely chopped carrot, leek and onion. Add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour everything into an oiled tart pan and put it in the oven.
