Chef Luc Salsedo had the opportunity to participate in the SiRHA 2023 trade fair in Lyon.
For the record, SIRHA in Lyon is a huge international trade fair, the largest European trade fair, dedicated to catering, hotels and food. It’s an impressive place that brings together the best chefs in the world and gastronomy professionals. It is a real meeting point, passage and sharing point for all those involved in this sector.
The generosity and friendliness of the actors who have always supported SIRHA have given it an atmosphere, a tone and a human warmth described as unique. Building on its development, SIRHA has been able to maintain these values that visitors and exhibitors seek when visiting the capital of Gaul. In parallel with two of the biggest gastronomic competitions in the world: the Bocuse d’Or and the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, competitions and events were set up by the organizers and exhibitors. Thus, in the halls or along an aisle, everyone will have had the opportunity to discover a new product, new know-how or new equipment, in an atmosphere of celebration and pleasure for the five senses.
The chef had the pleasure of supporting L'Aria Sud and all the participating companies in the PACA region to enhance their products through recipes created especially for the show.
It is the meeting place for professionals who are amateurs or curious about cooking, pastry, baking and all food products on a global level par excellence.
