THE CHEF'S NEW INNOVATION

This is, initially, an important point in the development of its CSR approach which will lead Chef Luc Salsedo to launch this new product. A product that promises to delight gourmets while remaining faithful to its values ​​and in particular to the brand's commitment to CSR. New CSR initiative: reuse of broken chips Indeed, since September 2023, the chef has been thinking about a solution that would allow the remaining broken Socca Chips® to be reused. These chips are broken and therefore unmarketable, but instead of throwing them away, Luc Salsedo decided to give them a second life. This approach fits perfectly with its desire to reduce waste and promote a circular economy.

A local partnership for a unique production After numerous tests and once the recipe was complete, the chef approached a renowned local actor whom he knows well, Christian Camprini, Chocolatier Valbonne / Cannes, and Meilleur Ouvrier de France. He was immediately seduced by the unique combination of chocolate with Socca chips® and this unique sweet and salty taste that he discovered in the mouth!

This is how the first test tablets were born.
The feedback is very positive!

The Chef therefore decides to entrust him with the production of his chickpea chocolates!
